How I Healed My Anxiety Through Nervous System Work

For years, I struggled with anxiety. My mind was constantly racing, my body always tense, and even the smallest things felt overwhelming. I thought this was just my personality that I was simply “an anxious person." But everything changed when I discovered the nervous system regulation.

I realized my anxiety wasn’t a flaw , it was my body’s way of protecting me.

Through nervous system regulation, I learned how to create safety inside myself. I began using gentle, somatic practices that helped calm my body, not just my mind. And over time, the anxiety faded. Not because I fought it, but because my body no longer needed it.
